hey i need help on my essay for school. my topic is in a cause and effect format. religion causes war, false hope, and takes away people’s common sense. I narrowed it down to Christianity as the chosen religion. Also are there any reliable websites to source from relating to my topic?
I was hoping you would help me out by stating valid points on lack of common sense.
Thank you!!!
I live in Raleigh NC yet feel “called” to Houston to protest this Response thing. What can I do to help? I would love to dress up like Thomas Jefferson and make Jefferson Bibles for folks…gleefully ripping out the violence and bigotry of the work of fiction.
Hi, I’m writing because of my concern for the reputation of your website. I recently read David Stockin’s post, titled “The Top 10 Shocking Things Christians Don’t Know about the Bible,” and I was appalled that nearly none of the information presented there was factually correct. There are plenty of legitimate issues he could have raised under that heading that would have hit home, but all he has done is discredit himself. I’m writing to ask that he either revise the article or that you insert a disclaimer saying that the information is false. Again, I’m as stridently atheist as anyone else, but lying is not the best way to get your point across. I prefer to leave that to religion.
I’m not sure what is up with the article. I know we do not stifle or censor in any way here so if the article was well written we are usually apt to publish it. As far as fact checking he seems to have done so himself and considered it adequately factual. We may or may not agree with the way he represents the facts but we are happy to allow him to express himself in the article and not prevent it from being published, and in the same right defend his position given the controversy to follow.
I was wondering if someone could advise who to contact for permission to repost an article I enjoyed here. “10 Christians who Christians wish weren’t Christian” It appears the contact page is down and would really like to share this article with my readers. Could someone please contact me?

Other than that have at it buddy.
